Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom, and Ireland. We are working on serving the rest of the countries. 
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please contact teh carrier/courier directly to file a claim.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with 7 days of delivery with photos of teh damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
