Eligibility For Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or Non-Refundable" at the time of pruchase.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at ovanaturelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and your order details. We will replace teh item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.  

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at ovanaturelle@gmail.com
